Upload some of the problem clips to youtube so we can see and hear what you mean, for possible solutions.

At the end of the Nuclear Man fight in New York, the sound gets garbled before he kicks Superman away. During the Lex Dealing Arms scene, the sound/music is garbled again - I had to use the workprint cut When Nuclear Man destroys Metropolis, the sound is garbled. In Power Director, it told me that the sound in those clips were encoded in dolby professional and the program did not have the permissions to encode it. In the other programs, the sound was simply silent or the sound did not match the picture - during the NY fight (Liberty) the sound from when Lacy is made publisher is playing. All of this when editing your version with video/sound combined and even when demuxing it. but when I watched it on my PC or DVD player, it was fine. Go figure. That is strange. The scenes you mention: NM kicking Superman, NM destroying Metropolis, were sourced directly from the DVD. I did nothing to them. When the audio file was being outputted, those parts were just streaming from the source file. As for the nuclear arm selling scene, that was the DVD audio with the mp3 of the score overlaid. I think whatever problem you're having has to do with the editing software.

Superman IV: Final Cut has been 100% completed (disc).
Subzero is working on the Cover Art and Disc Art.
I may have a sneak preview of the movie on Justin.tv or Stickam Saturday (details to follow).
Shortly I will post the full menu screens - they've been updated (i'm always revising in my quest for perfection).

Looks great.
Just wanted to let everyone know I fixed the mistake in the about section -> Superman IV came out in the U.S. on July 24, not June 24.
I also added more of Courage's score to my cut, and added the Nuclear Man and Lacy themes to the end credits!
Shipping tomorrow!
