Okay, I've mentioned to some of you guys I was going to get one, well, I got it! I was going to use Keith's old avi, but after speaking with the tattoo artist I decided to go with the SR logo with a little tweak here and there. The reason I didn't use Keith's old avi was because she suggested using a little pink for the shading. BAH, I SAID! BAH! As for the pain, it wasn't all that bad. It was really more like an annoying pinch. It's an hour later and now it's starting to "burn" a little, but I'll live. My love for Superman will now follow me till the day I die. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?    Here's a pic, it's a little shiny due to the ointment that's on it and it's still very fresh. I'll take another pic in three weeks once it's healed.  |

Awesome. The SR was a good choice because of the raised details.
Now if you were REALLY a fan you would have gotten it on your chest!

Ewwww, yeah, post-healing pics would be appreciated. That's an unnatural shine! Only an hour old? That's gonna get a lot uglier and swollen before it gets better. Then comes the pus!
Is it just the picture or is there an off-center crease on the top edge?
Overall, quite a ballsy move. There's no doubting your devotion. ;D Pretty nice. SR FTW!

I really can't tell right now. She's was voted the best tattoo artist in Houston, actually. She did mention if I wasn't happy with the final results she would touch it up free of charge. If the outline is off, she'll take care of me.

Hey Legs that looks pretty sweet.. You'll have to take another pic of it after it heals up and it's not so shiny so we can see the details better. But other than that, it looks awesome!!  |

It's looking pretty good today. I just have to keep on smothering Aquaphor on it for the next few days and it'll heal nicely. I'm not looking forward to the itching and scabbing process, though,  |

that spider-man tattoo is just plain gross. also the idea of reversing the costume and the skin (the costume should be torn with the skin showing underneath) is weird.

No, my work computer blocks sites it feels is inappropriate for work. For example, mens health.com and wwe.com are blocked because my computer thinks they're "R" rated. Whitehouse.org is blocked because it thinks it's "porn". Most music sites and youtube are also blocked. I'm pretty sure HR has a list of websites that they just program into out server to automatically block.

No, I was joking. It was the Superman Returns S symbol as a tattoo with really good shading and 3D effect. I bet yours will look that good in a few days, it seems quite 3Dy already!
