Is it just me, or does Paul Johansson from the TV show One Tree Hill resemble what Christopher Reeve might have looked like in his 50s? If we're looking for an older "Kingdom Come" Superman actor, could this be it?

NO
Chris' facial features were bolder and more chiselled than this guy.

Only if Reeve gained 100 lbs and surgically widened his needle nose! And then transfered all his thigh muscles into his neck! And then decided to get an emo haircut to look 'pretty'. Then yeah, looks just like him!

He's such a dick on One Tree Hill, though.

I hate older men with younger dudes haircuts, that usually don't even look good on younger dudes.
I love my men with nice hairstyles. I dunno. That's not true. I just didn't know where to go with this with that opening line.

I agree with Kevin. That haircut... he looks like a jackass! I think he should be shaved bald, in the United States hair is a privlege not a right!

I can see where your're coming from but who knows what Reeve may have looked like now had he lived and not had the accident. He may have gained a few pounds. I bet it he shaped up completely and changed his hair he's look similar!

NO Chris' facial features were bolder and more chiselled than this guy. yeah, well this guy is much older and I'm guessing a bit heavier. Good call ATP, with a wig on him and lose his body fat/increase muscle, he could be a contender for KC. I've never heard of him before so I wouldn't judge him in the role. Good call on the old dudes with young dude's hairstyle jab, Kev. I think older guys look better with a crew cut (or like Glenn Ford in STM); I don't think I've ever been impressed with a hairstyle of a guy over 50. They're either too floppy or to young. Prob a good thing most of us go bald!

I think I'll keep my hairstyle for life! Seriously! I keep it short and it naturally has the morning look and i've had it now this 10 years. When I wake up, that is it no work. I look in the mirror, wet down a few sleepy spikes (you know that sticks up when you sleep on it wrong and feels really weird when you pat it down) and thats all!! Effortlessnesslessnesslessness!

That look works pretty well.
I have this curly crap on my head, it's pretty pathetic at times to be honest. It's kinda long right now, and I was going to keep it long as long as the Rockets were in the playoffs. Now that they're out I do need to cut my hair. I think I'll keep it short for summer.

I seriously can't believe that any guy has long hair. For that matter why does Superman always have to have long hair and an ugly mullet?
I hope that in the re-boot film, Superman has a military-esqe haircut with closely shaved sides faded to about a half inch on top with a little gel in front.
THAT is a real hairstyle!

I seriously can't believe that any guy has long hair. I have long hair. Is there a problem with that? I seriously can't believe that any guy has acted the way you have on here in the past. You should consider who you are insulting before you speak Adam. Oh & stop starting so many useless threads in the Superman section. Theres one where its just you talking to yourself. Shouldn't that tell you something? That was only in the comics for a short while. Doesn't sound like Superman to me. To you.

I am sorry I've offended anyone with long hair. I truly apologize. I just thought that that guy looked like such a douche with his particular haircut that I got carried away and slammed everyone who also happens to have long hair. Sorry! Still it is my humble opinion that short is best on guys and long is best on gals. Again just my two cents.

Well most people agree with me because guys tend to have have shorter hair and women tend to have have longer hair. I just think Superman should be more militaristic.... he's a soldier a patriot, and a one man army. He shouldn't take time to style, perm, highlight, and curl his hair before he fights crime! It's like he prolly wears curlers to bed to achieve that spit curl look! I think he should have closely cropped hair that dries in a natural "messy" manner with a bit if gel for style. That's how I do MY hair so naturally I want Superman to have my style. You happen to have long hair so you want Superman to have your hair style... just different strokes I guess no one is wrong just a different interpretation!
Oh and the thread where I'm 'talking to myself" is just a Superman script that I''m trying to create for the fans on this board. I do have writers block right now so I won't be adding to it for a while but stay tuned

Well most people agree with me because guys tend to have have shorter hair and women tend to have have longer hair. That doesn't mean that they think that people in general should conform to those standards. It means its what they like on themselves. No hes not. He an Ambassador of good will & a bright shining example of selflessness. He never has, & it doesn't look like he does. So he should take the time to Gel it? Thats exactly how I want Superman to look! Like Adam15. Have I said anywhere that I want Superman to have long hair? Ive never even seen Superman with long hair except after his death in the comics in 1992. Hes never had long hair outside the comics. My hair is VERY long, & I do not want Superman's hair to look anything like mine. Yeah, it certainly has its fans.

Dude, I never take significant time to gel my hair... it takes like 10 seconds to go on because it's so short. The longer ones hair is the longer he/she must take to get it to look good. There's nothing wrong with that at all... but Superman shouldn't be all hung up on looks.... he shouldn't care about needing to comb his hair and style it just right or worry about split ends or his bangs or sun damage or whatever. I think it's more realistic for him to have hair so short that it instantly dries when he gets out of the shower, that way he has more time to fight the bad guys
And I'm not saying that everyone who has long hair is hung up on looks but you gotta admit that you have to at least pay attention to your hair if its long but with short hair you dont need to pay it any mind. Please dont get mad it just my OPINION

When, outside of the comics has his hair EVER been long enough to warrant this useless dribble you keep typing? When has Superman ever been hung up in his looks? Just admit that you made a stupid generalization that doesn't even apply to what you are talking about.

I'm saying that if Superman was real, there would be no way he could maintain his emo hairstyle that's all shiny and has that spit curl unless he visited the salon like every day and used pro-vitamin leave in conditioner.
Supermans hair was long in the Reeve movies too, look at how his hair drapes over his ears in SII when hes de-powered!
In real life Superman would have a no nonsense military cut, one that he would have to style or comb or whatever. Its a more practical haircut

Its not emo, & the only thing that looks like it takes time, is the curl, & thats only there because its a comic staple. Its one of the suspension of disbelief points that is allowed by fans. Just like "How does his cape fit into his suit?" and "Where do all his suits go?" I don't consider that to be long. Says you.

Routh had a mullet too... even the man-ips had to erase that lil' rat-tail coming down his neck.
And it's not a suspension of disbelief if someone has a spit-curl... it just means they put curlers to his hair!

Routh had a mullet too... even the man-ips had to erase that lil' rat-tail coming down his neck. Thats not a Mullet. This is: No it doesn't. In the Superman movies, no one questions why Reeve's hair goes from Clark's hair being matted against his head to Superman's hair being spitcurl perfect. Its called suspension of disbelief.
