Gus is talking about how Superman used his X-Ray vision to dry up the flood in South America and says it was like the automatic dryers in the mens room.
Gus asks Vera if she knows what it's like when the dryers don't work in the mens room... was Gus insinuating that Vera uses the mens room? ;D ;D

Superman III is actually pretty goddamn funny when you come at it like a comedy costarring Superman. And are not sober.
