A remote-control toy car, a Slurpee cup, various Superman literature, a patch from Metropolis, Ill., a small bust from Best Buy, and the 3D glasses from Superman Returns IMAX 3D. Various Superman figures and Hallmark ornaments, a Christopher Reeve dog tag, more books, another pair of 3D glasses and the car from the Animated Series. Even more figures, including un-boxed Superman Red and Superman Blue. Batman, a 100th edition Batman, Snake, CM Punk, and my shot glass collection. The General, the Ecto-1, and more shot glasses. The terror that flaps in the night ... I think my flash is working. One guy knows about evil lurking in men's hearts. The other knows about fortune and glory. Lots of Alabama football collectables as well, including the championship issues of Sports Illustrated autographed by Gene Stallings. Also, a few Phil and Genesis records. Hand painted in my office. Suck it. A metal wall decoration, and a quilt my mom made. Command central. This is the where the action happens, and by action I mean chronic masturbation to Kelly Clarkson photos. Another quilt from mom as a graduation gift, along with some framed prints of Alabama football paintings. Roll fucking tide.

Hey Shane, The Zod is actually a statue that I was lucky enough to come across on Ebay. It's pretty odd that there are these statues based on the STM movies that aren't authorized (as far as I know), but are out there... and sometimes higher quality than the authorized stuff that WB puts out. ((I still am in awe when people on the forum share photos of incredible Reeve as Superman statues that were in small runs))
I asked the guy who I bought it from, if there were (I'd hoped) more STM/SII statues where this came from, but I guess he was a third or fourth party and didn't know.
Pity. I really like the work the guy did on Zod (even though the Mattel Toy looks a bit more like Terence Stamp)- and would have liked to have been able to get the trio.

You're very welcome, Star! I'm glad you liked the pic- I wish it looked a little more like Stamp, but... considering how FEW items there seem to be out there from the SII era in terms of figures and statues, I guess I should be lucky to have just found that one. Still--- knowing what's possible in likenesses now versus what's made available--- very frustrating. Case in point: Routh's likeness. I have two of the higher-end figs from SR, and they're ok, but nothing that really looks THAT close to him. Even in the $400 statues by Sideshow Toys that came out, (I don't have any of those, but I had a chance to see a couple of them up close)--- the likeness for those don't seem all that close, either. I can't think of ANY toy or statue that really resembled Routh - Have you come across any btw?
