heckboy's ROI was 1.5.
heckboy II's ROI was 1.88.

With this scenario...I guess studios are more apt to float $66 mil (heckboy's budget) to make 1.5 ROI vs floating $270 mil to make 1.45. That's a lot of money the studio has to front.
