I've just gotten into watching Lost, and all I can say is that Terry O'Quinn (Locke) needs to be Lex Luthor. Fuck, that guy would be brilliant. Much better than the lame performance from Spacey. He might even be better than Hackman was. He looks just like the comic-book Lex Luthor. He's got the same charisma and watchability as Gene Hackman. And he's got that dangerous edge with a screw loose about him. I don't care who plays Superman, just so long as this guy is cast as Luthor. Mr Thau try to make this happen please. z.about.com/d/lost/1/0/T/5/-/-/Locke-with-picture.jpg[/img]

I can't help but imagine that you would LOVE 'Avatar', ATP. I've seen it. Was good to see it the one time in 3D. But honestly I thought it was overhyped.

I'm a giant James Cameron fan, and I have to agree. The technology was fine, but otherwise I thought it was one of Cameron's weakest films ever. (I'd rather that he do a Terminator sequel or reboot over an Avatar sequel, myself)

he's definitely a good choice for luthor. i found spacey to be a little bland. if luthor is in the next movie, i hope he takes a back seat to the real villain.

How about no Lex Luthor? Does every Batman movie need Joker? Noooope.

How about no Lex Luthor? Does every Batman movie need Joker? Noooope. I see your point but I think Luthor has evolved beyond being a "villain of the week" into a full fledged supporting character. If he's involved in the villainous plot or not, he should be a presence in the story. Of course he usually us anyway, even if it's only revealed after the crisis' conclusion.
