Unfortunately, I don't have a favorite Zimmer track because I can't remember a single tune. Literally.

Can't remember.

But in its defense, I felt the same way about his Batman theme and that grew on me.

I was surprised how much I loved Zimmer's theme as I've always been down on his Batman scores. I only wish it was used more in the film. In fact, the soundtrack (I bought the Limited Deluxe Edition) disappointed me only in that there wasn't enough of "the theme." That's why I love the aforementioned track so much. It's the one used in the trailers and it really gets me fired up for the Man of Steel!
