I recently bought the UE Superman Collection and wanted to watch Superman III, when lo and behold there was a simple blank CD-R, so understandably i am very angry !
Is there an address i can email to ask about a replacement disc ?
any help that is given would be greatly appreciated

I don't think they're replacing the DVD's anymore, you might have to take it back to the store you bought it from.

I'm pretty sure they're still replacing discs.
Universal is STILL replacing defective BTTF 2/3 discs, so there's no reason why Warner should stop.
If you're in the US, the number to call is 800-553-6937. I don't know about international numbers.

yeah or you could just download it for free - which is what I would do if I got royally screwed like that. Best way to download is through usenet groups that way you will get your full ISP speed when downloading the file unlike any torrents.
Let me know if you want to go down this route and I'll help you get set up.

Funny thing, somehow the last disc in the UE I bought (the Bryan Singer journals) already came seriously scratched up. Two of the journals don't play at all. As the discs go, it's certainly the least thing to lose, but it still annoyed the piss out of me. I don't pay to get damaged goods. I didn't do anything about it, though.
I always shake DVD cases before I buy them, because I've heard several discs clattering around inside loose, which usually = scratches. But that wasn't an option with the UE.

Yep, I do the same. I've gotten some pretty scratched up DVD's and CD's. It does grind my gears.

I bought a Blu-ray recently, and the disc had gotten loose, so when I opened it, the disc fell out. There was some scuffing all over the disc. Thankfully, it all rubbed off. Gotta love those Blu-ray disc protective coatings.

I cringe whenever I see someone grip a disc with their fingers all over the playing surface. I want to smack them on the hand and teach them proper DVD/CD handling etiquette. |

Not just fingerprints galore, but they, like, let them fall on the floor and get kicked around.  They're just treated really roughly. I'm like, "Sheesh, if you want your stuff to last, don't friggin' use them as your drink coasters!" |

It sucks that the Playstation 3 Store has Superman III available in HD, but not yet on Blu-ray. Something doesn't compute there.

STM does, but only the 2001 version, and the Donner Cut does. (no way, Jose)
I just got STM, I'll upload screenshots once the PS3 can take screenshots, which is an future update.
