Are WB still offering replacement discs for the 2006 STM & S3 DVDs from the tin boxset?

If so, how can international customers obtain the replacement discs?

I ask cos I received the U.S. tin boxset from a friend today, however the STM and S3 discs were the screwed up versions.

I contacted WB recently about my STM disc having the incorrect 1978 audio, and they seemed pretty keen on sorting it out. I have yet to get the disc back however.
