I just want to know if Superman: The Music (1978-1988) CD boxed set is still available to order? I know the set went to a second printing back in June, but I never took the time to get it then either. Now with the Canadian dollar plummeting in value to the US dollar with the whole financial economy spiral, I can't bother at the moment to even try to order Superman: The Music for the time being.

Yup, still available. It'll be a while before the second pressing runs out.

I haven’t posted for a while, basically because it’s been pretty dead regarding Supes.
Not much positive news, but I do want to thank Dharmesh for posting us his review on the Superman: The Movie soundtrack!
I’ve been patiently waiting for it.
THANK YOU!
I can’t wait for the rest. ;D
PS: By the way – I LOVE HIS COMPOSITION TO MARCH OF THE VILLIANS.

Just the John Williams stuff?..come on Piney..The Ken Thorne and Courage scores are amazing..Superman III score is like the perfect album, mix blend of action, romance, heroic themes and some synth thrown in for good measure and all on one CD!.

Can't do it man. Just cannot except the Thorn interpretation of William's work I know Thorn did it all with the best of intentions, it's pretty close to the majesty of Williams and I know he gave it his all, but... once you have had Tesco's finest mince pies, Aldi's value mince pies just don't cut it Plus Im skint.

Some of the 80s cartoon compositions are pretty B.A. Worth getting it for that.

You really should reconsider, Piney... Thorne [there's an e in it, friend ]'s scores sound amazing, and when you actually take the time to get into them, they're actually quite intelligently done.
