He was the casting director for Superman among many MANY other great film and tv projects. It’s safe to say entertainment history would be very different without him. The man had a heII of an eye for talent.

A fine eye for the correct talents(be they established or up and coming) indeed.
And with respect to Superman fans......thank you for keeping Chris Reeve's photo at the top of that casting pile whilst everyone else was putting it in at the bottom!

The man had a heII of an eye for talent. Agreed! Also, SO glad his reputation was 'clean' and never got tainted with any scandal during his lifetime. It's getting annoying of late having all this negative baggage attached to people behaving badly on tv and movie properties that I love... |

The man had a heII of an eye for talent. Agreed! Also, SO glad his reputation was 'clean' and never got tainted with any scandal during his lifetime. It's getting annoying of late having all this negative baggage attached to people behaving badly on tv and movie properties that I love... Too true, CAM. Seems like more and more stuff I like is being tarnished because someone involved turns out to be a douche or an outright monster. It’s frustrating but hopefully people in the entertainment industry (or all industries for that matter) are learning a hard lesson. Try to treat each other right even if you disagree. |
