The interview with Kidder for SIV (forgot the link unfortunately)- accused Reeve of opposing her for being the love interest.... but.... was that because of reaction to the script, or did someone feel she should have been recast for SIV?
This isn't to trash anyone- as I actually do think - sadly, that I would have understood if Kidder was recast in SIV - as much as I enjoyed her being there, I also thought she did look like a bit too old to be playing it the way she did as if no time had passed from SII to then. The script should have/ could have been adjusted to accomodate if so, but...
If Kidder was right- and Reeve wanted a younger recast- did Furie fight for Kidder?
I could see both sides of the argument- but, it's one of those other reasons I wish Furie could be convinced to share a tell-all at this point. Not trashing, but would be interesting to know the conversations and thoughts that led to this/that behind the scenes..
