My vote is obvious but what do you all think? If you were on a desert island for the rest of your life and could have STM but had to choose between the Donner Cut OR Superman Returns for it's companion piece, which would you pick? These would be the only Superman movies you'd see again for the rest of your life. Definitely SII: The Donner Cut. I find it highly underrated on this board and the perfect companion piece to my favorite superhero film of all time, STM. That stated, if I could take a 3rd one after that, I'd take SR. STM, SII: TDC and SR make a great trilogy for the Man of Steel. |
