Everyone will be recording this if it's extended.
I would be shocked if they put Return to Krypton in there.. they won't, but man that'd be something.
It'll be almost as shocking to see the Brando footage from Superman II those few years ago for Bank Holiday.
;D

I have this channel here in the UK on Sky. Wonder if they air it on FX over here too.

I don't know. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (a movie of similar length to Superman Returns) takes up a 3.5 hour timeslot when it airs on ABC Family.

Yeah, pretty much any movie well over the two hour marker is gonna take up at least three hours of commercialization.

SR was also on television while I was in Atlanta last year. I saw parts of the movie in my hotelroom. I don't know if it was extended. I should have recorded it.

I don't know. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (a movie of similar length to Superman Returns) takes up a 3.5 hour timeslot when it airs on ABC Family. When ABC Fam airs the first two Harry Potter flicks they are the extended versions so who knows.... I dunno, time will only tell.

Funny how back in those days we all assumed the Brando footage would be, you know, well .... good. There was nothing wrong with the footage itself.....just the way it was used.

Well, I didn't notice any additions to Goblet of Fire when it last aired.

^^Agreed. They might also talk a little about how they made it, behind the scenes, trivia or stuff like that.
Update- According to this person from the UK,
"For fans in the UK, don't forget that Superman Returns gets its UK TV Premiere on Monday 29 December 8:30pm on BBC1."
