Has anybody read this fantastic story by J.M DeMatteis and Sal Bucema?

No one really talks about it, even though it was a major arc that pretty much set-up Harry Osborn's fate (at least up until recent retcons) and is perhaps one of the most psychologically interesting of all of Spider-Man's stories.
