That running gag had a lot more life than "That's a fake poster, about the style of the '70s." No idea who coined that one or why, but it didn't last more than a few months.

I believe Albert started that one and I still find it hilarious.

Even contributed a few myself.

They're just trying to get some attention. They even admit it: it's controversial.
Going with Iron Man 3, Thor or another film is too safe.
Going with MOS gets people arguing and talking.
I'll tell you what: I'd like to see Shannon get some props for Best Villain or something. I kinda wish Zod would've lived. Something about him didn't feel like he *had* to die in this film. Did anyone else get that feeling? Like maybe Zod had one other movie in him?

I think the Muppets rule. Doesn't everyone? Isn't that basically a complement?

Mr. Shane, don't make me angry.
You wouldn't like it when I'm angry.

Watched it this evening, quite enjoyed it. Not brilliant or with any real heart but I did really get into it. Looking forward to more of Cavill in the role. I noticed a few shots (usually on the ground, grimacing) where he resembled Dean Cain.
This cgi stuff is brill for comic book fans as they can pretty much film any story they want. I'd cream over a Superman in Exile mini series.

I'd cream over a Superman in Exile mini series. my all time dream-superman-movie is to take the "EXILE" arc, and "for the man who has everything" and combine them in a godfather 2 format. we see a chapter of each building up to supermans overthrow of warworld juxtaposed with beating the shit out of mongul in the fortress. of course, the fucktards would kvecth about batman and wonder woman being in a superman movie and all the destruction.

Tsk tsk. Not if it was a good movie and if they were used well. Stop with the generalizations please. I quite enjoyed JLUS For The Man Who Has Everythjng adaptation. Unlike some of Snyders anal birthed abominations there's a reason Alan Moore left his name on the credits.
