I was watching the DC again, and noticed that there's a scene missing. The part where Zod makes a speech on the Washingtom Monument and then trashed the monument is gone. Also, the whole montage around the different countries, showing them destroying Tokyo, Kremlin and the Eiffel Tower are missing. Instead, we just see mainly East Houston being attacked.
Anyone else notice this?

The scene is there in some DVDs. It was removed due to copyright issues on later pressings.

You know this scene is not gone forever. Stamp could reloop the dialogue with an actor in the Zod role. They could shoot long angle shots like whenever Palpatine announces the Empire in ROTS.
