Has anybody been watching this? I just watched the first episode. Holy moley, this show is AWESOME!
It's basically the Teen Titans show that should have been. The team is Robin, Speedy, Superboy (the Conner Kent/Reign of The Supermen guy), Kid Flash, the new Aqualad, Red Arrow, and Miss Martian.
It's fantastic. The animation is stunning. Best animation and character designs I've seen on ANY superhero show since the glory days of Batman: The Animated Series. It's so high quality it looks like feature film animation. Voice cast is great, too.
First episode dealt with the kids on a mission to Cadmus where they discover and rescue Superman's clone, who of course, is Superboy. The entire League makes an appearance, and the League includes: Hal Jordan, Supes, Bats, Wonder Woman, CAPTAIN MARVEL, ZATARA, Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Red Tornado, Black Canary, Flash, and more.
If you're not watching this, you're really missing out.

I completely forgot about this show. I've been wanting to see it. I'm setting my DVR for it when I get home lol.
I hope the first couple episodes that I've missed will be back on.
Can't wait to see it.

Downloaded them all tonight. I have three more episodes of JLU left and I'll start on these.
MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm so fucking happy I timed it liked this.

Oh yeah, and in the first episode we also see Project Cadmus, Dubbilex, Guardian, and Blockbuster. As well as Mr. Freeze and The Icicle and the ice broad who used to fight Firestorm all the time. In the FIRST FUCKING EPISODE. And none of it felt rushed or forced.
Just for some perspective, this 60 minute pilot was miles better than the 90 minute JLU pilot, although to be fair, JLU didn't hit it's stride until at least the second season, and then it got better than anything has any right to be.

JLU was amazing. Agreed.
Haven't caught this, but have read about the great buzz at Aintitcoolnews on this. I'll probably catch this when it's released as a full set on dvd. (Though the way WB releases these cartoons a few episodes at a time drives me nuts).

CAM, do yourself a favor and just start watching now. By any means necessary.
I'm not saying it's as good as JLU became, but it's got some serious potential. And the animation is superior to everything.

I've watched all eps so far! It's fantastic! Loving the chemistry. It's very Timm but he's not involved in any way. Love Greenwood was Batman. He's definately has it even though I prefer Conroy. The characters are brilliantly written and can't wait to see what's ahead!

I thought Timm was involved? Wasn't he on Conan and drew a superhero character The Flaming C based on Conan for it?

Actuallly, when it's that good- I make it a point to start saving pennies for the dvd collection. That way I don't have to wait for the next episode/etc. I do like how the trailers look, but as much as I loved JLU... I HATED Timm's anime-like "Teen Titans"---- just too different from the comics for me. So, I'm glad if it's skewed for an older audience than the animated TT.

I honestly thought no one could ever replace Conroy and although he's still my favourite he's definately up there.
Conroy's is brilliant. I have all the Batman episodes on my PS3 and watch random episodes. I'd love if they cleaned them up for a Blu-Ray release. Has this been done on any other cartoon series??

There's been rumblings of that happening.
I want all of WB's DC animation on bluray. ALL OF IT.

Yes.
You mean you've never seen Justice League? I'd fix that, pronto. It's the greatest superhero translation to another medium ever. Bar none.

My order of preference pre Young Justice:
Batman: TAS Superman: TAS JLU JL Batman Beyond Batman:The New Series (With Conroy but the updated season 4).
I've seen every single episode of these. They are FANTASTIC! Love them all. Anyone who is a fan of Superman/Batman HAS to watch these otherwise they are not true fans.
Young Justice is gonna be up there. BTW, just because Batman Beyond is 5th does not mean it's crap. I really enjoyed it and loved watching it but could re-watch every B:TAS & S:TAS everyday!!

I seen Doomsday and that new Batman,Superman one but that's about it.
I'll have a look at this Y J though,definitely.

Trust me. Justice League takes a season or two to get going, but when it does...it pays off. Big time. No superhero movie will ever be as good as the final two seasons were.

like Superman's design on this one. Appears similar to his look on Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

Yeah, the animation in general reminds me of Crisis On Two Earths. I love it. Just in terms of the animation and design, this is by far my favorite DC cartoon.

Holy crap, tonight's episode was AMAZING! They...they made Aquaman AWESOME. The whole thing focused on Aqualad, Aquaman, Mera, Tempest, and BLACK MANTA and it all took place in Atlantis. Just amazing. I would honestly watch a show JUST about this!
