Watchmen and SII make the list, but no STM?
Adorable.

For me, if you are going to have a 'superhero' or 'comic book' top 10 movie list...a prerequisite should be that the main character(s) should have existed in comic book form 1st.
So...no Unbreakable or Incredibles for me.

STM's definitely better than Blade 2. Nonsense list. I won't accept it!

At this point in my life I honestly think STM is miles better than SII so this list is already flawed from the word go IMO. Reading on some of the opther choices just make me scratch my head. For me, if you are going to have a 'superhero' or 'comic book' top 10 movie list...a prerequisite should be that the main character(s) should have existed in comic book form 1st. So...no Unbreakable or Incredibles for me. I somewhat agree. Talking beyond this list the distinction often needs to be made between comic book movie and superhero movie. They aren't always synonymous. While this list does indeed say "superhero" movie (so I have no problem with any of the choices being considered) sometimes I see stuff where both terms are treated as the same thing. And some choices on this list don't bother me but they do skirt the line. Unbreakable is a great movie and a sort of tribute to comic book heroes but its not much in the way of a traditional superhero movie compared to other stuff on the list.

Personally, found it hard to get past Bruce Willis' smirk to buy him as a superhero. He's done other work that I've liked, but he'll always be John McClane/the Moonlighting guy imo.

Dunn's ok as the sort of everyman character who we follow on the journey but IMO Sam Jackson's Mr Glass is the character that makes the movie. Everything about him clicks int he end and I don't just mean his brittle old bones. You feel sorry for him but his character is so on the money. I didn't even think about it as the movie began when I watched it for the first time.
