Very cool! Thanks for posting that! Loved seeing Williams enjoy Reeve's "tribute" to him.... It's not a given that a lead actor for a film really appreciates the person creating the music for it, (even though it was just a moment or so) so it's a big joy to see that both artists valued each others' tremendous contribution to it. Again, very cool, thanks!

I've always wondered just how well Reeve and John Williams knew each other. Aside from the first Superman movie, I can't imagine their paths crossing very much.

I recall reading somewhere that Reeve had a great appreciation for music and played the piano--- so it's neat if he truly appreciated the great gift he had in being associated with a world-class composer like Williams for his first big film.
Williams I think did the music for "Monsignor" which was a dud, but also starred Chris Reeve.
