I guess I know why no one has really commented on this. Absolutely no one is reading it. According to diamond numbers, elephantmen #37 (January 2012) only sold 2,938 copies. It's a damn shame, it's such a good comic, I'm only up to issue 22, but it's so good. But, at those numbers how can it really continue?

#39 came out this week. This series could be the best run of all time IMO. It's the LOST of comics in terms of serialization. Now it's not my favorite run, that still goes to Death of Superman. But, in terms of quality of writing and art, this takes the cake for me I think.

Didn't realize this was a Richard Starkings book. Might have to take a look after all! I don't read/buy enough independent stuff. It's shameful.

Just like the breaking bad thread that no one comments on, I will continue to keep singing the praises and trying to keep the discussion alive. Maybe someone will see continued posts and decide to check it out.
Issue 42 is out, and yet we have another excellent issue. So freaking good. Picking back up the main threads after two pretty stand alone issues.
Art is gorgeous, writing is phenomenal. No ads whatsoever. The only complaint I have is that there are back up features that I never read since they have nothing to do with "Elephantmen".
