not a complete continuity f*Ck, but a series restarting with new issue 1's and so on.

eh, not even close to the same thing. DC reset their universe so hard that, a year later, it's pretty safe to say that there isn't any turning back. They can make some of the characters a little more recognizable to their old versions, but as far as the new continuity is concerned, it's here to stay.
All this Marvel thing is gonna do is make me buy at least one Avengers book. Jonathan Hickman is writing one of 'em. If the other one turns out to be Kurt Busiek or Mark Waid, I'm buying that one, too. I think this all has more to do with the fact that so many of their big guys were wrapping up EPIC runs on their books.
Bendis is leaving Avengers after almost ten years. Brubaker is leaving the Captain America books after almost ten years. Hickman is leaving the FF books after five years. It seems like the right time for them to shake things up.
Just like it was with DC, the new #1s aren't gonna make me buy anything, but good creative teams will.

I actually would prefer a "New 52" reboot. It's a bit crazy at Marvel now...how many Avengers are there? Secret...Assemble...New...Academy... How many teams is Wolverine in? How many teams is Spider-man in? How many costumes does Spider-man have? How many global, world destructive events have happened recently? Now, with this new boot...Nick Fury is black (or is the illegitimate son?), Jean Gray is back from the dead (again), Thor has swords, and the All-New X-men...ugh...the original 60's team is transported through time to modern day. So there will be 2 Cyclopses? I might see me quitting comics for the 3rd time (Although I'm all about the Rocket Raccoon up there!)

Definitely getting Waid's Hulk and Allred's FF. Not sure about anything else. Recent new Marvel #1's that aren't part of Marvel Now that I've bought were Captain Marvel (it's cool, but I want to like it more) and Hawkeye (same, but has some awesome David Aja art).
