To be honest your best bet is torrent.
First find a torrent site you want to use like demonoid. On the torrent site it will have a tracker site address which you will need to copy down.
Now you'll need to grab a prog to create a torrent file for the disc you want to share. Vuze will do. Most torrent progs that you would need to download files or share files have a feature to create a torrent file. When creating this torrent file you will need to point out where the files are on your hard drive and then input the tracker address you got earlier from the torrent website.
Then go back to the torrent website complete whatever torrent upload info is needed (along with linking to the torrent you have created).
Now all you need to do is run your torrent programme you used to create the torrent, load the torrent file you made and leave it running.
Don't forget to check the option to "super-seed" as this will send a different chunk to each person downloading and then they can download whatever they don't have from each other. Otherewise you'll end up sending, say, eight chunks of the same data to eight people connected to you therefore taking eight times as long. Just keep an eye on how healthy the torrent is. I can't remember if it reads you as a copy or not. I don't think they do but If not it will start out as 0.000 if it doesn't count you or 1.000 if it does. Just share it until it goes up to a little over 1.200 or 2.200 repsectively then disconnect if you want. The remaining people shouldn't have finished downloading but they'll each have enough to share of each other to finish it.
Anybody wanting your dvd you just direct them to the link on the torrent website.
