So I need to buy a Tom Welling replica S-shield jacket for a friend's birthday but don't want to order online - does anyone know of any high street retailers in London, UK that would sell these jackets ? There are various shops around Oxford St that *might* sell them, but am hoping someone has seen them for sale somewhere ... thanks !!  |

I'd actually be interested in one of these for myself. Of course I live in the US and will probably end up getting it online at some point, so this thread doesn't really apply to me. But your friend has good taste!

It would make for a fucking kick ass motorcycle jacket. I'd wear it on some chillier days while riding.

I checked 6 or 7 Oxford St shops, all selling leather jackets, none selling this one. One guy said they don't sell anything that would require licensing. The online seller I was considering has used the same images in the "faux leather" listing as in the real leather listing so I don't really trust them ... I emailed them asking for comparison photos anyway. If I hear anything I'll post again. There are lots of crappy looking knockoffs on eBay, as always.

Just remember, the real ones are made from the same material as Tom Welling's pouty lips. That's how you weed out the fakes.

I've seen a few on ebay, a couple looks really good.. but most look really cheap. I don't think any of the ones I've seen has the zippers on the sleeves like the one posted above..
Good Luck.. it is a pretty cool looking jacket. Might have to pick one up myself someday.
