Who's gonna watch it?!!
I dunno, but when it's on TV, I just feel a duty to watch it.
Kind of compelled to watch it, as if I'm sharing with a million others who are watching it at the same time!
It's the theatrical version, but old or new fx?

I watched it. Theatrical version. Old fx. Pretty bad picture with scratches!

I saw it too. Looked like an old VHS copy from a bad print. There really is no excuse for it these days!

Why do the extended films never get shown on TV anymore, not that ITV ever screened them except Superman III. RTE use to screen SI and SII extended throughout the 80s.

It had the old sound effects though and I'd really missed them!
The old Phantom Zone sounds much better.
