Was prepared to hate the list, but found it more amusing than anything else, especially as it references items that a lot of people may not have been old enough to have read in the comics when they first came out (or even the reprints).... 'You can never unsee the mullet'.... Or Clark Kent with a ponytail in the comics. Egads.  |

The whole article is 'tongue in cheek'.... Nothing I think could "RUIN" the character (it's a fictional character after all) And it reminded me of the number of times where comics just 'followed a trend' of the times or might have been a desperate attempt to make Superman
"Cool" for a different age.
