I can’t say it was unexpected because all the talents that came along in the 60s and 70s are getting older but one of the worst things for me about getting older is seeing the people I admired growing up grow old and pass away. It’s only going to happen more and more the older we get. The man was a titan in the industry and I was a big BIG fan. They’re saying it’s was natural causes. Hopefully Denny died without pain or long term suffering. He deserved all the accolades and praise he’s gotten in the past and will continue to receive. RIP.

Agreed. I remember the acclaim for his & Neal Adwams' Green Lantern/Green Arrow and that's probably my first intro to Denny O'Neil.
Bummer but true that we'll see more losses than gains as time goes on....
