I heard Wayne Enterprises is mentioned in the film.
Please don't let it be true. I don't want it and I honestly don't want a justice league film.

Anyone know where you can actually buy any of these posters WB has been putting out. Are they even available to buy?

Kris, it's gonna happen regardless. Might as well embrace it. Or accept it, at least.

I can't tell you how pleased I am Meloni is in this. I don't know a lot of his work, I never watch that Law and Order shit, but his movie appearances, his schtick when he'd go on Conan back in the old days, he is fucking HILAAAARIOUS. I really enjoy the dude, I can't wait to see what he brings to this movie.
I think, honestly, other than Cavill as Superman, I'm most excited to see Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent. I think that is truly inspired casting. I love his movies, he has SUCH a genuine quality to him that, while, yes, he's not an amazing actor, what he CAN do is uncopyable. He plays earnest to a T.
I just can't get over how perfect Cavill looks as Superman. This is definitely the best suit he's ever had, by far, in my opinion, and the fact that he truly looks like the Man of Steel, straight out of the comics, is just fantastic.
Egads, I'm so fucking excited for this movie, it's ridiculous. I still haven't listened to the released tracks yet, only the little previews once, and that's what I'm gonna stick to. I knew EVERYTHING about SR when it came out, listened to the score dozens of times before the movie came out, and sure, I still loved it when I saw it, but I just want to go into this one completely spoiler-free.
For the first time since I've been alive, normal every day folk are excited about Superman. That's pretty amazing.

Are you a fan of the Justice League at all or just Superman? Because anyone who has watched the animated stuff couldn't possibly say that...
A well done Justice League movie could be the greatest thing of all time.
ALL.
TIME.
It won't be, of course, but it sure as shit SHOULD be.
In fact, I'm willing to bet that if I'm right about Supes being a little less powerful in this movie than we're used to, it'll be to fit into the Justice League, because why would you need a Justice League when Superman can move fast enough to turn the world backwards and just stop everything bad from happening on the planet? That kinda power doesn't make sense in the grand scheme of superheroes, to be honest. It makes no need for anything else, hence why there couldn't be a crossover with the Donnerverse. It just wouldn't be prudent.

I don't think the Justice League characters will translate well into a film as well as the Avengers characters did. Plus Bale confirmed he won't be Batman again, so you'd have some new Batman thrown in there and I dunno it just sounds risky. But yeah, as much as I love comic book films, I'm a Superman fan first and foremost so I want him to have all the screen time with his own movies! ps. Costner has a definite charm and is very likable, I think he'll be brilliant. Cavill looks ridiculously good, chiseled features like Jim Lee's Superman come to life, physically the most impressive Superman so far, and the best suit too. Also looks like there are going to be many iconic shots in this film. It's a tiny snippet from a trailer but this might already be my favourite comic book movie shot ever. We also had that last trailer with Superman hovering with the sun behind him, insanely cool, right out of the comics.

Dang kev you and i are always opposite on this one..I for one want him to have God powers, that's why we all grew up to love superman cause he could do anything... Blowing out suns and moving moons is what makes superman so magical... It does make sense in the grand scheme of superheros because supermans power were always above all.. Peace and love peace and love

yes, the visuals are insanely amazing, that liquid S key and krypton technology blows my mind, they are pumping this gigantic battle between supes and zod perfectly, laurence fishburne morpheus speaking, cool as heck! BUT you know what? i am most impressed with the high quality dialogues. (or should i say monologues)
this last spot should have the most glorious piece of dialogue i could have seen. "You can save them. You can save them all!!!"

True about the STM and MOS poster representing the same idea... I just wish that they didn't feel the need to highlight the 'Nike' overlay on the 'S'. The texture and color of the new 'S' already shows it's a new take on Superman. / i have a theory about that- i think it has something to do with how the family crest for the house of El became the symbol of "hope" on krypton- and the fact that we heard early on that the "glyph" (as goyer characterised it recently) might be an abstraction of an actual creature. you guys remember that? ow te "S" looks like winged snake/serpentine animal? and recall that Jor has a pet with 4 wings- and deborah snyders recent comments that zack and co were keen to (paraphrase) establish "that te suit did not come from 'nowhere', that it had a reason to be exactly what it is". we'll see.

It'll be interesting to see...
One thing for sure already is that I DO like that it's out and out mentioned that it's a symbol of 'hope' on Krypton as it gives the shield a direct meaning that Superman is often associated with anyhow.
With STM, I remember reading prior to the release that it was a family crest, but was never discussed, but implied with Brando sporting the 's'. Curious how this all plays out..... plus, whether or not there'll be any alterations to the suit (and reasonings for such) in the future, if it does well.

I usually keep an eye out on ebay for these things. Sometimes the major poster dealers have them for sale, but sometimes they're not. The alternative is to be great friends with the local movie theatre manager (half-kidding).

I get where you're coming from-
I'm of two minds about it. Avengers did an amazing job of juggling all the connected movies and characters such that it only enhanced the threads and characters in it.
If JLA is great, then it helps the Superman movies in general. If JLA is another Green Lantern mess, then, yeah..... I'd rather Snyder/Goyer's Superman stay clear of it.

Stabler had no qualms about fucking up a pedo even if he's handcuffed and in the interrogation room.

I have a theory too... Betcha it stands for the old family motto "just do it". Which is what Jor(Dan) El says to his son before launching his pod into space. Sneaky marketing department and thier goddamned tie ins and product placement!

I'm getting a bit sick of these 30-second tv spots and retarded adverts.
We need another proper trailer.
