I had two of them.
One I took a lot of the color off so he would be "evil".
That drawing of Superman on the packaging is one of my favorites. I think I may wanna get a tattoo of that one day.

His art was all over promotional stuff back in the day. One of my cousins even had DC wallpaper with his artwork.

 Shiiiiiiiiiiit, I'd TOTALLY deck out my man cave with that wallpaper. When I was a kid, we had some Super Hero Wallpaper, but it was Curt Swan art, so, all the Heroes were fat ;D ;D ;D

Man, I wish I still had my Kenner's Superman.. that was my favorite figure of all time when i was growing up, I probably went through like 5 of them lol. I had all the figures except Parademon and Cyborg. all the vehicles and the Hall of Justice.
Shit, I wish I still had these... Someday I'll get em all again lol.
I want to get some cool promotional art/sketches or cell art in a nice frame.. almost museum looking art.. and hung up. But it's hard to find, and I'm kinda picky when it comes to Superman art.
I'll find some examples of what I'm talking about.

The Kenner Batman was FAR superior to the Toy Biz ones that came out for the movie. Just something about the Kenner one's square-jawedness and thick neck that made it better. Now--This is a biased statement, but to me, Super Powers is pretty much the quintessential version of every DC character for me. I love the colors and the costumes. They might not be "classic" in the grand scheme of the DC universe, but they're the classic costumes to me.  |

I wish they'd remake the Super Powers line again, and use the same backings like they are doing with the Star Wars figures using the vintage figure backings... That'd be so freakin sweet!
