I wonder if the "twist" is that Jor El is still alive?

Considering how much of this film seems to be inspired by the Abrams screenplay, that actually wouldn't surprise me one bit!

I wonder if the "twist" is that Jor El is still alive? don't see how that could possibly work. i think the "twist" will be a brainiac reveal, or that brainiac controlled zod the whole time

Brainiac reveal/there's a whole city of Kryptonians that still exists. Under Brainiac's control.

I can't help thinking that the big twist has something to do with all that noise Goyer was making about Nolan having an idea that would make Superman more relevant. Everything we've seen so far makes it look like a Nolanized version of the Abrams script, nothing world-changing or unprecedented.

I'm thinking it'll have something to do with brainiac. Also I'm thinking there has to be some kind of seeds planted for the upcoming JL movie. Darkseid destroyed krypton? I dunno. I really can't wait to see this movie lol.

i think it'll be a truman show sort of thing with everyone but Superman in on it.
As for the cameo, I heard it's going to be Routh playing the part of a struggling actor.

I really can't wait to see this movie lol. I would LOVE for darkseid or brainiac to be connected to kryptons destruction- it would explain krypton being on a war footing and absolutely seed sequels. But I don't see how its a "twist". How could the kryptonians (and therefore the audience) NOT know who was attacking them? Tim burton twist: Superman turns back the earth- but when he goes back a statue of Zod has replaced the lincoln monument.

Yeah- but thanks for reposting- you'll see that the prototype for zod has him bald (ironically in the comics he was ! ) as opposed to looking like shannon. The commercial does indicate plot points - which is why the recent "leak" posted on imdb and nuke the fridge is either accurate- or a clever speculation based on what the toys infer.

Maybe he just sees that person and gets the idea for the glasses from him?
Reeve's face grafted onto another actor would be beyond bad.

CBM is the worst, most-often-wrong, drive-traffic-to-the-site-by-spreading-false-information kind of site there is.

Correct.
And there isn't one "major spoiler" in that thing they link to. And it's more stuff written by a thirteen year old speaking in the most sweeping generalities imaginable.
The music is good. Different, but good! Henry Cavill IS Superman. Wouldn't it be cool if he was clean shaven as Clark but had a beard as Superman?
Die in a fire.

Correct and correct.
I could have written that. Nothing in it that suggests he's seen the fucking trailer let alone the entire film.
Definitely smell shit

However, please note, I clicked on the spoilers link without a moment's hesitation. I would watch this fucking movie TOMORROW if I could.

Last night I had THE dream. I went to see Man of Steel, and it was awesome.
Ugh, June cannot get here fast enough. Need to see more footage NOW.
