Even worse since I thought the cgi in that sequence was pretty poor. I think spidey 3 was doomed no matter how long they put it off. It may have been better but Sony and Arad would have ruined it no matter what. I loved the first two Spiderman movies and thought that if the third one had been able to have been played out the way Raimi wanted to, it could have worked out. |

Again, scary how good the software is getting...
But cool to see a simulation of what Welling might have looked like flying and with tights.
Why is he so darned resistant to it? Ah well... moot point, but cool to see!

He thinks costumes are lame. As simple as that. He even told Justin Hartley he thought his costume was silly.
I wish they’d done this with a mix of MOS and SR footage since Wellings Superman wore something similar to the SR suit.

That's cool--- it had been awhile, so at first I didn't know what was different until reading what went into it! Would have been nice if an fx person can find a way to morph Welling's head on a Superman flying shot- but I'm sure somewhere on the planet, it's already being worked on...  |
