Looks like a classic Batmobile is being called back into service. It doesn't look any different to me which is pretty cool. They're also rebuilding a version of the Batcave. Maybe the ones from the Keaton movies. You can see where the main computer platform is. It's also got similar stair rails and catwalks.

I’m mostly impressed that that huge set is real and not cgi!

I think what impresses me most (from what I can see) is Keaton's sense of being a straight shooter- he seems to say what he means and his not rushing to be back in the limeiight says a lot if it is for quality control. Hopefully the end result of the movie is impressive. But, no matter how it is, it can't fix the whole DCEU.... not sure what can.

I would have preferred Bale- but at this point, I've lost so much faith in WB/DC and Marvel has been mostly killing it with the movies and tv that having Keaton as Batman is neat, but Spiderman: No Way Home kind of upped the bar tremendously on multiverse material and I'd be suprised if Flashpoint comes even clsoe....but glad they're trying.

I think the film is going to be loaded with surprises. It’s just a question of the quality of the finished product. With DC movies it could go either way.

Yeah I can’t argue with that feeling. I think Keaton coming back as Batman can at least get the same reaction as Maguire coming back as Spider-Man but Millers run as Flash hasn’t been nearly as successful or loved as Hollands run as Spidey.
Just feels like Marvels beat them to the punch with this at least as far as the big screen. No Way Home was a love letter to fans that also happened to be in a good movie. The Flash(point) movie seems like a Hail Mary desperation move to salvage the DCEU.
It’s an interesting time we live in as fans.

Exactly- I'm sure hoping Flashpoint is a good movie, but it's like when these close-in-concept movies all come out at the same time.... you kind of want the best for last. Regardless, FLashpoint has a high bar to reach to match No Way Home.

The new trailers are getting me more excited for this Batman- as it really seems like a specific vision that won't dilute the other versions. And Pattinson in the mask looks fantastic.

I just saw that photo at the DC site. For a publicity photo- wow, it looks GREAT!

I just saw that photo at the DC site. For a publicity photo- wow, it looks GREAT! I like it too. It’s pretty much the Batgirl of Burnside comic costume brought to life which itself was inspired by the Yvonne Craig costume from the 60s (which I have a soft spot for). I’ve always like that Burnside suit and always felt it was designed with a future live action adaptation in mind. With the purple leather jacket look I always figured it would be for a CW show. Using this suit does give us some idea of the tone they’re going for. Not as dark and Zack Snyderesque. Grace certainly looks the part.

I'm 'eh' on anticipation when it comes to new DC superhero shows at this point. It's so all over the place or mediocre with some good spots that it's hard to be overly excited- By contrast, even if imperfect, Kevin Feige's Marvel machine continues to impress enough tv/moviewise. I think it's not that things are tied together, but that - again, even if imperfect- things get tied together WELL. Perfect example recently- with Dr. Strange and Spiderman for No Way Home. Also- it's sad to see NO credit given to the personal creators for Peacemaker, whereas with Marvel, Jack Kirby is created recently with Eternals. With WB/DC's stand, it kind of makes me want WB to fail, or at least not really cheer them on.

Some folks are blown away by the teaser.... I just hope some of these turn out GREAT and suprise me in a good way. I don't even want 'good' anymore. Marvel's raised the bar, tired of having to give extra points to DC just because.
