Well this jives with what we were hearing - the final full trailer is Tuesday (maybe a sneak on Monday) We were getting hopes up for the trailer (which is what the intent was I must suppose). Anyway- for a few months I've had superman media on the shelf- cleansing the pallete as it were. Tonight though I'm watching "look up in the sky..." doc. Just to remind me of the whole context. I feel very good about the movie. If the viral ads are wonky - just think of how the "I believe in harvey dent " tdk ads- at the time I was very "wtf?" But it worked out. This is a cool, unexpected sideways diversion. The trailer will happen soon. Tv spots are prepared as we speak. The MTV awards will have a promo. Iron man3 will carry the trailer - abrams trek2 will have the trailer. Its all good.  |

It's good to get the fans involved. The first one was fantastic. I'm not going to lie though, this one has been frustrating as heck because so many people were geared for the trailer tonight. Or maybe I'm just annoyed that I've got to work and study non stop during the week and I'll have little or no time to enjoy the trailer when it does come on Tuesday  |

Ok- it was the zod message- That's...fine. We knew the trailer was tuesday- and we bought into anything that might've made it early. The trailer will be tuesday_ as we knew. Its on trek2 and im3. It will get noticed. |

Eh... I'm not 100% sold on it... Zod sounds more like a lowly earthly terrorist than an otherworldly being with superhuman abilities. Shouldn't he have at least said "24 of YOUR hours?" or "24 Earth Hours?" Beginning to question Shannon's casting, whom I thought was the one sure thing in all of this. I agree. Zod is basically Bane from TDKR. |

Agreed that it's good not to get too worked up over the small sound byte.... but...
I agree that the delivery does sound a bit bland if it's supposed to be a memorable key moment from the actual film.
Or maybe we're all just too spoiled from Terence Stamp's "KNNNEEEL!"
