Dude, don't bring Superman IV into here. That whole "I remember everything" line is pure garbage, through and through. I always like that line. One of the few things I actually like about the movie. I'm very excited about next week's episode, but I must admit I'm surprised they're bringing in the full-on Doomsday so early. I thought for sure he'd be saved for the end of the season. And then there's Clark and Lois' sure to be almost-kiss. I seems like it's too soon, but with Lana gone (as far as Clark knows) and Chloe married, why not? All this goes to show why this needs to be the last season. So much progress has been made it would just be going backwards to stretch things out for another year. Smallville is always its best when it thinks the end is near, but give them a long leash and they'll become repetitive and stale. This has turned out to be a great season! And they need to kill it after this season is done. But for some reason I have a feeling the CW will renew it by May. I am so stoked about next week's episdoe. It will be awesome! Wait, what? ;D I'm still in season 7. Spoilers, weeeeeee. ;D Well, #1, add a BEWARE OF SPOILERS to the title or something.

I dno't want to see a full on Doomsday - if Clark can defeat him "pre-supes" then it de-values the Doomsday character.

Christ, that'd be the first time Smallville devalues a character from a comic book!

It's Smallville's version of Doomsday, so it's a little different. Actually, the back story for SV's Doomsday is a lot better than his comic book counterpart.

No, his Kryptonian back story, smarty pants. Why and how he was created, and by whom.

Agreed, but i would like to see him as more of an "intermediate" Doomsday, then have him locked away by LexCorp only to escape years later having had experiments performed on him.

It's nothing like that. LexCorp won't be able to hold Doomsday.

Alright all you "Smallville" haters, get back to me when Bryan Singer and the film franchise get around to making a sequel. In the meantime I'll enjoy my weekly TV show which has Clark Kent working at the Daily Planet, serving as Metropolis' hero behind the scenes, and battling foes like Brainiac, Bizarro, and Doomsday. With regular appearances from the Justice League.

I finished season 7. Overall, it was a good season. I think the highs beat the lows.
But come on, Clark and Lana having sex, causing tremors throughout Smallville, gimme a break. A serious facepalm moment.

Nope!
There's an episode where Lana gets to share Clark's powers. So, what's the FIRST thing they decide to do? That's right, BANG.
Next thing we see is Chloe going WTF at the Talon. THUD....THUD....THUD.

A serious facepalm moment. I missed the episode, but that sounds quite "epic"! I didn't watch all the episodes from season 7, but from what I saw, the season was baaaaad, imo.
