Any cool special features or deleted scenes?
I'm curious about what they cut.

A) bullshit. This is another thread for you to be ...you.
B) you're in luck. Enrique is urine-luck.
There will be no deleted scenes. Inevitable "extended cut" next year. Bitch away troll, bitch away. We believe in you.

It's a serious question: so no deleted scenes?

Alex trebek: "This bluray release will have a 665 million dollar reboot that inpsires a cult of hate, and get an immediate sequel, but will not have 'deleted scenes' as there will be a double dip"

Enrique you didn't hear about the Zack Snyder translator feature? It turns all those Doods and kewls and Auwsums into shit that normal more articulate expressive people can actually understand.

Love it or hate it, Watchmen dvd versions DID have a lot of cool extras attached to them (depending on which version you bought). According to an interview with Mrs. Snyder, there was a lot of work put into the MOS dvd- (although which version? Who knows)
I think it's safe to say that Snyder DOES seem to have a lot more interest in putting time into dvd release bonuses, than, say, Chris Nolan does. (Boo and hiss on the lack of sufficient extras for the 'ultimate Batman Nolan trilogy collection'.)
There were supposedly only two deleted scenes in the whole of shooting MOS--- although if the original cut was three hours +, there's GOT to be a lot of extra micro-bits that could make a big difference.
Put me in the category of: "totally willing to give an extended cut a lot of slack" in terms of improving what I had problems with in the film....

I'm really curious how an extended cut may potentially improve the film, particularly the 2nd half.

I'm really curious how an extended cut may potentially improve the film, particularly the 2nd half. POTENTIALLY it could- I was amazed how even a couple of minutes could change the entire framing of a story or sequence--- so, to have half an hour of things could (potentially) change things drastically. On the other hand, if deleted stuff is just shoe leather, then- maybe it might not. That's why I'd love to see the three hour cut to make up my own mind on it- pity it doesn't seem like there's any plans to release it (as far as I know).

Any cool special features or deleted scenes? I'm curious about what they cut. There's a deleted scene where Zod says, "If you love these Reeve Only People so much, you can mourn for them."

Wouldn't it be interesting if we found out that the leader of the Reeve Only People was Snyder?

Wouldn't it be interesting if we found out that the leader of the Reeve Only People was Snyder? It's quite possible. I heard that the Reeve Only People have been secretly infiltrating the top levels of Hollywood. Politics and banking too.

Has there even been *one* member of the Reeve Only People that has been identified?
Hmmm.
That's kinda weird.
You'd think that for a group to exist, somebody would have to come forward and proudly announce their membership.

The Reeve Only People don't exist. It's just a put-on orchestrated by Aldrich Killian.

I'm going to get the set with the "S" symbol case - it looks cool. I don't have a bluray 3D , I doubt ill get one anytime soon. But I'm even less likely to use the ultraviolet. Whatever that is.

I worked briefly for a company that tested the 3D tv sets & whatnot--- and I found it just too much for a few minutes (the 'active' 3d actually has lights triggered onto your eyes)- Even if I could afford it, I most likely wouldn't spend the money on a 3d tv. Ultraviolet is a mess.... It's an equivalent of Itunes' digital copy (From what I understood). I do plan on getting MOS Blu Ray/DVD--- but where I'm getting it from depends on what 'exclusives' there might be announced from which stores. Sometimes there are real gems from Best Buy that sell out on the first day (after that, there are only the 'regular' ones) --- same with Target. Unfortunately, it's often REALLY late in the game before you can find out which store has what. I'm always searching around the night before a release for info on big dvd releases that I'm interested in.

Ultraviolet is shit, and guess which studio really pushes it? WB! Who knew, right?
I'd rather have the iTunes because it's an actual file I can play without streaming. I don't need to be online or have to suffer if my connection has slowed because of peak usage in my neighbor hood. Oh, sure, you can download an Ultraviolet file to your computer/device, but you have to download the Flixter application (why isn't is called the Ultraviolet application?) first. And while an iTunes movie file download may take 30 minutes for a two-hour HD movie, Flixter takes three hours to download, but always crashes with about 30 minutes to go. When you restart the application, you have to restart the entire fucking download. I've yet to download one complete movie through that piece of shit.
Fuck Ultraviolet. Fuck Flixter. Fuck WB.

I just heard there are two additional deleted scenes.
1) Clark: I have so many questions. Where do I come from? Jor-El: You came from Krypton. A world with much larger dragonflies than Earth.
2) Lois: What's the "S" stand for? Clark: Snapping necks.

Agreed... I should have clarified that Ultraviolet is WB's ATTEMPT to be the Itunes' equivalent.... but, yeah, just as you said- Itunes is a lot easier. Ultraviolet sucks.
